  • Visit me in Room 415 (Golf Office) or Room 305 (Classroom)
• Once this Tryout Questionnaire is completed the parent and/or student will be contacted in order to schedule an evaluation/tryout.  
• Tryouts are conducted throughout the school year by appointment with Coach Kysiak. 
  • Tryout times through out the year:
  • May (8th graders/incoming Freshman)
  • August and Dec/Jan (before or after Winter Break).

• Students do not need experience in golf to play rather a commitment to improve and become a better player!!
